Falling Into You - Jasinda Wilder Actual rating: 3.5 out of 5 stars

It was a good thing I didn’t know what to expect. Falling Into You started out sweet and innocent and even though we know from the blurb what’s coming, it still took me by surprise. The brutal way of it just… was a shock for me. It was sad, let’s be honest here. I really liked Colton as a character and his mature personality. About 60-70% through I got tired and just wanted to be done with it. The beginning was a delicious 4 for me, but then it fell apart and it was somewhere between 2 or 3 hence the rating.

PS. Wut? I just now saw that this is the first book in a series which it wasn't when I read it. Oh, dear... Looks like my sarc13 challenge is not doable. I mean, every other book is being turned into a series. Ugh..
